Thai Massage

Thai Massage, also known as Thai Yoga Massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. Thai massage is usually done on a padded mat on the floor. You should wear loose comfortable clothes like you would wear for yoga or exercise. There is no massage oil used during a Thai Massage. A typical Thai massage is 60 minutes to two hours long.

In a Thai Massage Session your therapist will use their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. It’s been said that a Thai Massage session can be like doing yoga without any work.

Lavendera offers Thai Yoga Massage which is more energizing & rigorous than classic forms of massage some benefits include Relaxation & Stress Reduction
Description of a session:
The massage practitioner leans on the client’s body using hands and straightened forearms to apply firm rhythmic pressure. The legs and feet of the practitioner can be used to hold the client’s body in position while they use their hands to massage. In other positions, the therapist’s hands hold the client’s body, while the therapist’s feet do the massaging action. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the practitioner will adjust to fit each individual client.
Thai massage was developed in Thailand and influenced by the traditional medicine practices of both India and China.
